The wine is fermented spontaneously with native yeast, unfiltered, and bottled with no additional sulfites. Two years in concrete and fiber glass followed by half a year in bottle.
Soft dusty tannins with notes of black cherries, spice and deep earth. Beautiful fruits and quaffable texture.
