Returns & Refunds
We're only able to accept the return of goods that are defective. For a defective item, we can offer a replacement of the same item, refund a credit card, or issue a store credit. If you think a good you purchased from us is defective, please email us at email@example.com with photos and a description of the defect.
Please review your order confirmation emails carefully and verify you ordered the correct items and gave us the correct shipping details! Cellar Door Wines isn't responsible for incorrect orders placed by the buyer.
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 10 days of placing the order and prior to the shipment of the order. All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Any return of unopened and undamaged goods that were incorrectly sent must be done within 10 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us before attempting to return the shipment so that we can issue a refund. We can't accept the return of any goods that were opened, damaged during transportation, or altered in any way.
