Oona Wine was created with friends in the restaurant, wine and food industry. This slightly effervescent Barbera rose is made in the Saignee method, in which a portion of the macerated juice was bled off, then fermented on it's own. The fermentation was dry and at low temperatures in order to preserve fresh fruit flavors and aromas. A Californian take on a classic Piemontese wine.
