Tasting notes: Beautiful straw yellow in color with clear, luminous highlights. On the nose scents of acacia flowers, hawthorn, fragrant aromas of pear, green apple, white peach and hints of flint. Taut and vertical, it delivers intense, juicy green fruit notes, lively freshness, and a deep and slightly savory finish.

Viticulture: Organically farmed grapes are grown in a hilly area at 350 meters above sea level. The vines are rooted in moraine-origin, nutrient-deficient soil composed of quartz, granite, sand, silt, and some clay. These soils resulted from the retreat of an ancient alpine glacier that shaped the entire area. Treatments are limited to sulfur and copper, and only used as needed. Vines were planted in 2018.

Vinification: Grapes were harvested manually at full maturity in the latter part of September. After destemming and a soft pressing, the must was placed in wooden vats, and fermentation took place spontaneously, with indigenous yeasts. After racking, the wine matured for 6 months, partly in steel tanks and partly in used oak barrels, and was aged for a few months in bottles before release.
