This cognac was made from 100% ugni blanc grapes grown on the chalky vineyards of the Dudognon estate, located within the small town of Lignieres-Sconneville in the center of the Grande Champagne. The Dudognons have produced Cognac at their own distillery since 1776. After a completely natural elevage, their cognacs are hand-bottled to order. Pleasing aromatics include apple, toffee and spice. There are notes of vanilla, light and delicate bouquet, light oak with butterscotch on the palate.
