Peter Gierszewski established this small five-hectare estate in 2019. He started from scratch, purchasing old vines and converting an old farmhouse into a cellar and home. It is situated in the hills above Cluny, a natural and historic sub-region of Saone-et-Loire. Farming is organic and biodynamic and Peter values biodiversity.
Very naturally produced Aligote, fresh and lean, smooth, tiny touch of funk on the nose, but clean fruit and with lots of minerals on the palate. Silky texture and stone fruit lead the way with this one.
