Roulette Rye is a testament to Proof and Wood founder Dave Schmier’s ability to blend quintessential straight rye whiskey.  Aged 3 years, with a rich nose of orange marmalade, fresh thyme, and a hint of clove leads to a full and waxy mid-palate that transitions with pleasant tannin to a finish of black pepper, rosemary, and browned butter.
