"Delaware Phoenix is a New York State farm distillery producing three varieties of absinthe. Made in a copper pot still using traditional 19th century methods - all with the finest botanicals grown on our small farm in the Northern Catskills. 

Walton Waters pays homage to the Catskills’ life-filled rivers and streams. Herbal notes shine through a medium-body opalescent haze with a touch of spice and a lemony finish.  There are no flavoring additives or artificial colors. The color is completely natural and no chemical stabilizers are used."
