Cueva Nueva Vermut Rojo is a nod to the neighborhood tabernas that celebrate the tradition of la hora del vermut.  A blend of Garnacha Blanca and Airén, fortified with a unique selection of 88 botanicals including wormwood, orange peel, cinnamon, and traditional Mediterranean herbs. Warm yet refreshing.

As a bright sweet vermouth it pairs perfectly in classic cocktails like the Negroni and Manhattan, but truly shines when savored on its own—chilled on ice and garnished with an olive and an orange slice.
