The first natural Mexican aperitif. Responsibly farmed citrus and botanicals macerated to enjoy at the table, before and after dinner. The citrus peels are macerated with the botanicals and spices in organic corn alcohol. After 7 days, they are removed and filtered several times. Organic agave honey is added. It is colored with 3 parts cochineal and one part purple sweet potato. It is bottled and labeled by hand.
