Importer Notes: The long maceration has given the wine more depth, roundness and weight than Beguet's Fresh Impression, as well as clearer fruit definition yet, the trademark brightness and liveliness are still present with focused raspberry, black cherry.

Winemaker Patrice farms 4 hectares of biodynamic vines in AOC Arbois, including a parcel in the famed Côte de Feule of Pupillin. He also purchases grapes with organic growers from the Jura, Loire, Rhone Valley & Alsace.

Patrice channels his love of jazz with tremendous technical capability and vision in the cellar. Producing zero/zero wines that are experimental, artistically inspired, mysteriously cheeky, and thought-provoking.
