Lucio and Fiorella Canestrari founded Fattoria Coroncino in 1981 for one reason: Verdicchio. The couple also began farming organically back in the 1980s, in order to best show off their grape of choice and the terroir of their Marche DOC (coincidentally in the Italian province of Ancona). Today, their son Valerio handles the winemaking with the same care and enthusiasm for Verdicchio as his parents, and it shows in this bottle.
