In 2004, Jutta Ambrositsch decided to swap her job as an art director in an advertising agency for work in the vineyard. It all started with a quarter hectare of Riesling and has now grown to 4 hectares. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified using only the vineyard's own yeast in stainless steel or large wooden barrels.
