The 2021 La Tribu del Millonari bottling from Sara Perez is made from a blend of forty percent Garnaxta, thirty percent Syrah, twenty percent Cariñena and ten percent Merlot. The wine sees no new oak during its élevage, being raised in a combination of cement vats, old foudres and old oak barrels…On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and sappy at the core, with great focus and balance, a superb foundation of soil tones, ripe, buried tannins and a long, complex and very classy finish. This is one of the finest examples of Priorat that I have ever tasted, as it is such a revelation to taste a bottling here that is not rigid with new oak!” - John Gilman/View From the Cellar
